About Me
Hi, I’m Miriam,
A photographer& foodie, born in Slovakia, settled and living in beautiful green Kent of England for what’s been a good many of years now.
Weald is a word coming from the Old English meaning “forest” or “wood” and it is indeed that pretty woodland area of South Eastern England where we live in our little old farm cottage with our two boys – who grow fast and are always hungry!
So, a heartfelt welcome, scroll through the pages of my Food & Garden Journals where you will find simple, no-fuss recipes, some inspired by my Slovak heritage, as well as a colourful record of the constant seasonal changes that I love to capture as they happen in our garden or the gardens we regularly visit.
